Keith Breasure, MSN, NP-C earned his nursing degree from University of Delaware in 1983, his Masters in Nursing, Family Nurse Practitioner in 2005, and has over 21 years of Nursing experience. He is currently a member of the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners, the American Nephrology Nurses' Association, the Delaware Nurses Association, and Sigma Theta Tau International Honor Society of Nursing. Keith joined Nephrology Associates in 2005 and sees patients in the following dialysis centers: First State, Middletown, Smyrna and Dover.
Susan Fullerton, FNP
Susan Fullerton, FNP, earned her Nursing Degree and Masters Degree from Corpus Christi State University and graduated from Wilmington College as a Family Nurse Practitioner in 1994. Susan currently serves on the Drug Utilization Review Board for the State of Delaware. She is a member of Delaware Nurses' Association, the American Nephrology Nurses Association, and the American Nurses' Credentialing Center. Susan has been practicing as a nurse practitioner since 1994 and joined Nephrology Associates in 1997 and see patients at our Newark and St. Francis offices, several dialysis units in the city of Wilmington, as well as Wilmington Hospital.
Lori Grant, MSN, APRN, BC
Lori Grant, MSN, APRN, BC earned her Bachelors degree from Delaware State University and her Masters degree from Wilmington College. She is a member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority Incorporated, Sigma Theta Tau International Honor Society of Nursing, the Black Nurses Association, American Nurses Association and the Advance Practice Nurses of Delaware. Lori joined Nephrology Associates in 2003 and see patients at St. Francis Hospital, in the Newport Dialysis, Brandywine Dialysis and University Plaza Dialysis Units.
Aprile Harris, MSN CRNP
Aprile Harris, MSN CRNP attended Towson State University and Wilmington College. She is a member of Sigma Theta Tau International Honor Society of Nursing - Omicron Gamma Chapter, the American Nephrology Nurses Association, the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners, and the Delaware Nurses Association. Aprile was with Nephrology Associates from 2001-2003, and rejoined our group in 2006. She sees office patients with chronic kidney disease in the Newark and Elkton offices, and patients in the Elk River Dialysis Unit and Brandywine Dialysis Unit.
Tamara Newell, MSN, GNP
Tamara Newell, MSN, GNP, earned her Bachelors degree from Delaware State College in 1986, her Masters degree as a Clinical Nurse Specialist in Gerontology from the University of Delaware in 1992, and her Post-Masters Certification - Geriatric Nurse Practitioner in 1999. Tammy currently serves on the Pharmaceutical and Therapeutics Committee for the State of Delaware. She is a member of the Advanced Practice Council of the Delaware Nurses Association and past coordinator of monthly dinner lectures. She is an APN preceptor for the University of Delaware. Tammy is a member of The American Nurses Association, The American College of Nurse Practitioners, The American Nephrology Nurses Association, and Sigma Theta Tau International Honor Society of Nursing. She is a former chair , co-chair and is currently a member of the planning committee for the annual APN Update Conference. Tammy came to Nephrology Associates in 2001. Tammy sees patients in the following dialysis centers: First State, Smyrna and Brandywine.
Yamileth Wu-Gerrard, APN, MSN
Yamileth Wu-Gerrard, APN, MSN, earned her Masters degree in Nursing in 1998 from West Chester University. She joined Nephrology Associates in 2006 and sees patients in the University Plaza Dialysis and the Riverside Dialysis Units.
