Milford Office

From Dover and Points North

  1. Take Route 1 South, and stay to the right, exit off at the Milford exit (on right), follow straight onto Route 113.
  2. Pass Route 14 and then railroad tracks and move into the left turning lane for Kings Highway.
  3. Make the left onto Kings Highway follow around lake, cross over Lakeview Ave. and you will see Hospital on the right hand side.
  4. Bayhealth Medical Arts Building (sign has Nephrology Associates, P.A. on it. Turn into parking lot and on your left is Suite #1.

From Lewes and points South

  1. Follow Route 1 North to the Milford exit (on right) follow onto Rehoboth Blvd.
  2. Make left onto 2nd Street follow to end and make a left onto Walnut St. Continue across the railroad tracks following the H sign.
  3. Make a right onto Kings Highway.
  4. Bayhealth Medical Arts Building (sign has Nephrology Associates, P.A.) on your left. Turn into 2nd parking lot and park. 200 Kings Highway Suite #1.

From Millsboro and points Southwest

  1. Follow Rt. 113 N. to Milford.
  2. Make a right onto Lakeview Ave at stop light (Royal Farms will be on far left corner) follow Lakeview Ave
  3. Pass Middle school approx 1 mile make right onto Kings Highway (Funeral Home will be on Left)
  4. Follow to Bayhealth Medical Arts Building on right ... Suite #1.
